Could you please set the following parameter for TPS82130 Webench simulator.
Vin(min)=4.8V
Vin(max)=5.2V
Vout = 2V
Iout = 1.5A
Ta = 30
Softstart time = 0.22msec
Then, CSS/TR would be 240pF in schematics.
On the other hand, CSS is obtained with TSS*ISS/1.25 from the equation (7) in datasheet.
It leads CSS = 440pF.
Which calculation is correct?

Hi,
I opened TPS82130 model on Webench from TI.COM product folder. Please find the details in snapshot below.
On providing the inputs mentioned by you, I found that Webench schematic had 470pF of CSS capacitor and not 240pF. Please find image below for your reference.
As per Datasheet equation no 7, the corresponding softstart time for 470pF should be 235us. Please find simulation result below for your reference.
It can be seen that softstart time in result matches with the expected value based on calculation.
The reason for why Webench set the testbench with SS time of 235us when input was specified for 220us could be the availability of proper SS capacitor in that range.
