Suggest the appropriate microcontroller for EV Charger supporting CAN 2.0

Respected sir,

I want to design the charger for electric vehicle. In that design I want to communicate through CAN 2.0

Also I need support for USB 2.0 and PWM generator. I kindly request you to suggest me the

suitable microcontroller from TI's c2000 or Tiva or any other series which meets my EV charger requirements.

You can also suggest the development boards from TI to do the same.
