BQ25504: Charging a supercap with a solar cell

Part Number: BQ25504

Hello

In a Project i want to supply my circuit with a supercapacitor with a voltage of 3V and a capacitance of 1F. I have a solar cell with an Voc = 0.9V.

This part in the circuit Looks like that:

When i do not mount the supercap i can measure the voltage VBat = VStor = 3V. So this is ok.

But when I connect the supercap, the voltage of the solar cell goes very low, and the supercap only charges a bit.

Do anybody know this issue? Where is the Problem?

Best regards, Patrick
