IC with diagnostic function

Please help recommend a IC with a diagnostic (short power supply, short ground must be required, open currently not required), a feedback state signal, a load current of less than 5mA, a voltage of BATT, similar to TPS7702, TPS1H100-Q1

    Hello, please let me know if my understanding of your recommendation is right:

    1- High Side Switch is needed

    2- Output short to supply voltage detection is required

    3- Output short to ground detection is required

    4- Open load detection, in ON state or off state, is not required

    5- Monitoring a current as low as 5mA is required. What is the expected accuracy?

    6- Is, continuous current measurement, required? Or open drain status signal is OK?
