Hi,

Can anyone help to suggest a equivalent device for Microchip MIC5013 part with current sense and latch feature inbuilt in the driver. Please check if there is any automotive grade part similar to Micrel part.

    Hi Umamahesh,

    Great to hear from you!

    We don't have an exact replacement for the MIC5013, but we has some that might work for your customer.

    We could use one of our standard drivers like tpic44h01 and maybe add some external circuitry, especially if they need multiple in one system.

    Another choice could be something like drv8702d-q1.

    Take a look at these parts and let me know your thoughts.
