How is the VOS line to be connected to the output? Does it matter if it is connected to the output of the inductor or should it be at an output cap? Is there really any difference? The datasheet seems like it might be trying to indicate the inductor pad on the output side, but the layout in the eval card has it hooked up differently.

Hey Russell,
Are you referring to the VOS line on the Power Stages? If so, that should be connected to the VOUT side of the inductor like in the picture below (traced in blue). It doesn't need to go to an output cap. Also, each phase should connect to the inductor for that power stage instead of one central point.
