I have four laptops each running Win 7 64 bit, each running its own EV2400. I have run the EV2400 s/w update and the bqEVSW upgrade to handle the EV2400's. I am using bqEVSW v 0.9.89. Periodically, even while I am in the act of using it, bqEVSW says it has lost the connection with "the EV2300". When I re-run the EV2400 s/w upgrade, I get a "no EV2400 found". Sometimes unplugging and replugging the EV2400 USB works, but not always. Rebooting the PC doesn't help.
Device manager says, "Unknown USB Device":
"Windows stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"
