BQ40Z50-R2: I am having difficulty calibrating/configuring a new build and would like some assistance.

I am working with a 4s1p 3.2Ah battery pack with the bq40z50r2 solution. I am trying to get some samples ready for our customer to test out.

Given the difficulty and complexity doing simple things we used to do rather easily before, I am almost regretting the choice to go with this device.

When the pack is connected to bqStudio, after calibration the cell voltages are not reported correctly. Cell 1 is always several hundred mv less than cells 2-4.

After cc offset calibration, cell current is non-zero and I cannot calibrate board offset.

I also sent a PM with a screenshot of the issue.

Cells are balanced within 1mV in the actual stackup.

We see the same problem with two different board layouts for two different designs, one is 3s the other is 4s. Documentation for the latter was sent to you yesterday. Please advise if you received it.
