BQ27GDK000EVM: bq27gdk000evm firmware update fail

Part Number: BQ27GDK000EVM

Follow 6.10.3 instructions of User guide (SLUUAO1A) to upgarde the frimware then the fault LED (D14) keep lighting and the EVM can't be detect by bqstudio. whatever click the GDK Control reset button, the EVM still can't work and fault LED keep lighting.

    Hi Cage,

    Were you able to successfully update the firmware?

    I would recommend pressing both black reset buttons for both msps on the board and see if that helps. Also, try power cycling the device and make sure to connect back power in the correct order sequence.

    <I tried hundred times to click the both reset buttons, but it's still still can't recovery the board, still can't work.

     try power cycling the device and make sure to connect back power in the correct order sequence.

    When you were updating the firmware did you place the switch in the correct position? i.e GDK firmware update? I haven't seen your issue on this board before and we might have to take the discussion offline. I have sent you a friend request.
