    I don't see any overshoot on you Vds. Actually your gate drive has a lot of ringing, which implies a poor layout for the gate drive. Please follow the layout guidelines presented in the LM5022 datasheet. Specially the gate drive and its return trace should be routed closely side by side to minimize the parasite inductance which could lead to ringings.
