Hello,

Unfortunately we don't have a test report that we can share on temperature of device. Thermal characteristics including resistance and dissipation are highly dependent on board design and on application conditions, so we only provide thermal information which can be found in section 7.4 of the datasheet so our customers can calculate according to their particular case.
