CCS: A Problem About Online Debugging of UCD3020 in CCS

I want to debug UCD3020 in CCS6, But when I configure the target configuration, I don't know which bored or device is right.

This is my configuration:

The JTAG DR Integrity scan-test has succeeded.

And when I clicked debug button, this message appeared:

Can you tell me which device is right in target configuration.

Please refer to the above picture. If you want to use JTAG in CCS6, please work n UCD3138 family. CCS6 already integrated UCD device.

But my device is UCD3020, if I choose UCD3138A, it can't pass compiling.
If I choose generic ARM7 device, it can pass compiling.

There is no support for UCD30XX with XDS on CCS 6. Only the UCD3138 family is supported. You can compile code for the UCD3020 using the ARM7 settings, as you mentioned.

Do you mean I can't simulate online on CCS6? Can you tell me any other version supporting UCD30XX. Thank you!
