I am hoping someone has Theta Junction to pad or Theta Junction to case for this part. I can only find Theta Junction to ambient. Thank you;

LP2998 has two package. Below is the thermal data of SO8 with powerpad package.
Juncation to top case: 73.1 c/w
Juncation to bottom case: 8.6 c/w
