LM5175: LM5175PWP

Part Number: LM5175

I've recently designed a DC-DC converter based on LM5175 using WEBENCH.  Having built boards. I find the Output of the VCC bias regulator is around 7.5v when EN/UVLO is below 1.23v but drops to around 3.5v at higher voltage (and has a ramping waveform).  Can anyone suggest why this might be happening?
