Hi

I want to check

PG high (open drain) status v.s. VDS of M1

is that mean

VDS of M1 is above 2.7 V(2.2V~3.2V) and more than tPDG(deglitch time) , then PG is high ?

and is there any diagram describe, tPDG variation ?

and PG threshold voltage variation (VDS of M1) ?

    Hi Chen,

    PG output stays HIGH till VDS drops <2.7V typ and after that de-glitch delay of 9ms (typ)

    tPDG variation: 5ms to 15ms
    For PG threshold voltage variation -> refer parameter "Power Good Output (PG)" in EC table Page 4 of the datasheet.
    Please refer Figure 13 in the datasheet for the timing/operation of PG.
