TLV704: max output accuracy over full temp

Part Number: TLV704

Dear team,

for the TLV704 we are specifying +/-2% at 25°C. Further there is a plot showing typical numbers for -40°C, 25°C and 85°C Vout vs. Vin where you could get some estimate. However we are looking for the max numbers over full temp range -40°C to 125°C. Do we have those numbers? And if so what will be the accuracy over full temp?

many thanks

Lutz

  • Hi Lutz,

Please see below Output vs. junction temperature graph taken from TLV704 datasheet page7. Based from this, with 80mA load (worst case in the graph), at 25C, the Output voltage is about -1.5%  and at 125C, the Output voltage is about -3.5%.

Therefore, if the device output voltage is -2%(worst case spec) at 25C, I can estimate that at 125C, the output voltage (worst case) would be about -4%.

In summary, the approximate max numbers over full temp is about +/-4%. We don't test this device over temperature in production so we cannot give an actual number.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have questions.

    Regards,

    Chito
