I want to know if there any power up sequence requirement for TPS2363. 12VINA, 3VINA, VAUXA, AUXINA, AUXENA and ONA are the main power rail and EN I want to know. I read the datasheet and find below sentence, AUXINA should be powered first, then 12VINA and 3VINA, if AUXINA and 3VINA are the same supply, they can be powered together. Does this mean that if AUXINA and 3VINA are the same supply, 12VINA can be powered before AUXINA and 3VINA?
Now in our system, 12VINA comes first, 3VINA, VAUXA and AUXINA are converted from 12VINA together, then AUXENA and ONA become high. Will this be fine to use? if not, please give recommended power up sequence. Thanks.
