BQ24172: bq24172 emc problem

Please provide more details. You can use methods like adding an RC snubber (e2e.ti.com/.../calculate-an-r-c-snubber-in-seven-steps) or adding a resistor in series to the bootstrap capacitor in order to reduce EMI issues. For conducted problems, use a ferrite bead and make sure there are no loose cables that can radiate more noise.
