Hi, I'm trying to use Battery Management Studio (bqStudio v 1.3.54.1) but I'm not able to show the "Advanced Views" in Preferences because software keeps running, doing nothing for a long time. What's the problem? Can I have an older working version? Or maybe, can I have a 'srec to gg.csv' converter? Because I want to re-convert my srec flie to the other format.

When I try to modify any of the Preferences settings bqstudio keeps running doing nothing, so I have to 'kill' the software execution. What's wrong with this software?

Do you use Window OS ? bqStudio is working in Window only.
Would you update the bqStudio to 1.3.80 on Ti website ? There is no tool to convert .srec to gg.csv file except bqStudio.

Now it works. How can I re-convert an srec to gg.csv file?

Hi,

Program .srec in bqStudio => Go to Data Memory plug-in menu => Read All => Export gg.csv file.

.srec is composed of IF(Firmware) + DF. Once, you program .srec, DF is updated.

Wich command supports?
Because with BQ27xx I can see the stream of data in dffs file, for this device no. In wich way could I try to develop a program procedure if I don't have any procedure? Could you help me?

bq40z50R1 doesn't support DFFS file generation. Each DF parameter has its own physical address. So you can program them over SMBus block writing protocol.
