Per below, do C17/C2/C3 must choose 100V VDC ? Or customer could choose 50V VDC capacitor.
Another question, If all change to 2.2uF/100V, has any problem for it? Thank you.

The electrolytic caps can be less than 100V; however, the max possible PoE voltage can be 57V per the standard. This means the electrolytic cap must be chosen to be above this max value.
The ceramic caps should at least be 100V due to DC bias.
The 1uF caps can use 2.2uF 100V. However, the 22uF electrolytic bulk cap is needed to maintain the voltage at the PD during possible long CAT5e cable lengths (and it does other things like filtering and stability of the converter).
