BQ25570: Vbat_OK shifts when Vbat is charged and Boost charger is on.

Part Number: BQ25570

Hello,

I am developing an application based on TEG tranducers, and I'm facing an issue with the "BQ25570".

This is the set up that I am using for my application:

  • Source power is 25mW
  • Storage element =0.1F
  • Vbat_OV = 4.2V
  • Vout = 3.3V
  • Vbat_ok_prog = 3.4
  • Vbat_ok_hyst = 3.6
  • Vbat_ok connected to Vout_en

The problem appears when Vbat is over Vbat_ok_hyst (3.6V) and boost charger is on, when Vbat_OK starts shifting with apparent random pattern. I have noticed that when Vbat_ok is down (remember that Vbat is above 3.6V so this signal should be positive) Vstore appears to be slightly 0.2V higher than Vbat. Should not it be right as Vbat as the FET between both pins is shorted? As a consequence of the reset of the flag signal in Vbat_ok, my system keeps restarting continuously.

Thaks for your pattience.
