How does the HO1 of the LM5046 connect to the EN/HI PIN of the LMG1210?

If the BST PIN is connected to VCC, the HS PIN is connected to ground.

Is the HO output voltage level equal to the VCC voltage?

Hi Hsu,

Sorry for the late response on this.

HO1 will go as high as Vboot - 0.5V typically. For a 12V Vcc, Vboot will be about 11.4V and HO1 will be about 11V. The LMG1210 PWM inopt is rated to 10V so the HO1 needs to fed in through a potential divider to eliminate any chance of exceeding the voltage rating on the input to the LMG1210.
