Hi Darrell,
Well, this has been rather difficult to investigate as it seems to be an assembly built perhaps 20 years ago. The best I can determine at this point is that it is a VME-bus termination, perhaps used with the http://www.ti.com/product/SN74VMEH22501/technicaldocuments . This makes sense as the standard VME termination is 330/470-ohm, and that is what the resistor networks are on the pictured pcb. 5 terminations networks, 8-terminators each. This would have plugged into a VME backplane.
I hope this helps with your inquiry. And I'm curious as to why you are inquiring about this assy, and if you are now using it, or plan to use it.
At your service,
~Leonard
Thank you this really helps! I am not using it myself, I just needed to know what it was. At my job we deal with test and measurement components. This terminator assembly was just particularly difficult to find information for. The only thing I was able to find on it was an eBay listing.
