1.Please let us know recommend bootstrap capacitor value or how to decide to t value.

2.About Figure 17 of datasheet P23. We can't find Cff in figure17. Does C1 means Cff ?

3.Please let us know pin status.

  When ENx is Low or high impedance,please let us know SSx/PGx pin and PGOOD pin status.

  Low? High impedance?

    Hi, Sir

    1. The Cbst supplys current for high-side MOSFET switching, it is decided by high-side MOSFET gate capacitance, in order to assure the high-side MOSFET resistance is constant during switching, Cbst should be >=0.1uF, TI recommends Cbst=0.1uF.

    2. Yes, you are correct, the C1 is Cff.

    3. ENx is input pin, it is high impedance.

    When SSx/PGx is used as soft start function, it is high impedance.

    When SSx/PGx is used as Power good function, same with PGOOD pin, they are open drain configuration and high impedance.
