I have implemented a design per the recommended app note but I have one issue. The Stat output is toggling at 1 hz indicating a charger fault but when I read REG09 I get 00 in the charge fault fields indicating normal. Is there another cause of the Status output line to toggle at 1 HZ? I also cannot start a Charging session as I assume it has something to do with the Charger Fault status toggle.
