BQ24630 or BQ24650 : Regarding the protection of FET which is used to protect battery from over current. If the current drawn on FET is more, there are chances that FET might get short and in turn this will affect battery. Customer is willing to know if the internal IC will protect/control FET from short. If not will it require a protection circuit externally.?
