In one of our new designs we need to drive a 4.3” display, we found a reference design which uses the TI tps61165).
We wanted to check if this is the best chip for our application and also if it is better to have a PWM or I2C driver?
The display specs are as follows:
Newhaven NHD-4.3-480272EF-ATXL:
V_Backlight = 19.25V @ 40mA
FEMA GM480272A-43-TTx2-TGG:
V_Backlight = 15.0V @ 40mA
