Could you recommend ADC part?

I have not located any products that meet that requirement exactly. 

There are a number of dual non-JESD204B ADCs at 14 bits, but the maximum sample rate available is 250 MSPS. Those results are at the link here:

There are dual non-JESD204B ADCs that sample at 500 MSPS or higher, but the maximum resolution available is 12 bits. See those devices at this link:

What is the maximum signal frequency being converted by the ADC?

What is the SNR, SINAD or ENOB performance needed?

Depending on the performance requirements it may be possible that one of these devices above can work.
