Hi  

I have very simple question for  BQ78350R1  Permanent Fail Recovery .

[ Question ] 

  How to recovery after  Permanent Fail at BQ78350R1 ??

   For instance 

     Battery  Release only ??  or something  Command ?? 

　We are looking for ways to release it in case of  Permanent Fail  error in the production process.

    Hi March,
    The bq78350-R1 permanent fail can be cleared in evaluation or production using the ManufacturerAccess command 0x0029 Permanent Fail Data Reset. See the technical reference manual 17.2.25.
    This command is not available once the pack is sealed since field permanent failures are expected to remain. If it is set unintentionally in production use the unseal full access process then clear the PF data.
