TLV61046A: 'EN' logic high/low threshold

I choose the TLV61046A as a boost DC-DC in my design,but I saw the 'EN' logic high/low threshold in the datasheet is quite strange，is that wrong？

for logic high, the voltage at EN pin must be higher than 1.2V; For logic low, the voltage at EN must be lower than 0.4V. if the voltage is between 0.4V and 1.2V, the EN logic is undefined, could be high or low?
