Please tell me the opetaion of SS pin at OVP detected.

Is the SS capacitor discharged?

The UCC2818A has a dual function OVP /EN pin.
If the input voltage is greater than VREF+0.5V then the PWM output is disabled.
If the input voltage is pulled below 1.9V then the PWM is disabled and the SS capacitor is discharged.
This is described in Section 9.3.5.8 of the data sheet.
