Hi team.

Is it ok to use a Soft Start Capacitor over 100nF?

The customer is reviewing the circuit to apply Css from 100nF to 200nF.

Yes you can. Just make sure the capacitor does not leak as much as the SS current source.

Hi Charles,

There is no hard limit for the Css value, You do need to check the leakage of the cap and make sure it cap can be charged up to start the operation.
