BQ25606: Can BQ25606 auto-identity adapter

      I'm using BQ25606  now,  I found that BQ25606 could not be charged when connecting with the 1A adapter， there is no load attached. But a 2A adapter is perfectly fine. Then I attached a 10uF capacitor to the input,Connect the 1A adapter and charge good.  Is the BQ25606 not automatically adaptive to the adapter?

    Is this on a custom board or our EVM for the bq25606? 

    Using any valid adapter should be fine as long as the Application and Implementation section of the datasheet is followed. 

    I also recommend you verify the performance of the adapter itself. If it is suffering from instability/oscillation when current is drawn, its voltage may be not be valid to support charging current. Adding a 10uF capacitor may be improving the regulation of the adapter's output.
