TLC59116: standby and Suspend current comsumption

Good day,

I have some question of the standby and suspend current: in the datasheet I only see below information ( see below picture 1)

If we turn off all LED channel the standby current is like as below picture 1?

if we set OSC off the current comsumption are how many value?

This data is tested when OSC is on.

Currently we don't have the data for OSC is OFF.

Turn off the oscillator does not affect the value much.
