BQ24133: Output current can not reach 2A, it stop at 650mA

Hi,

I am using BQ24133 but the output current can not reach 2A, it stop at 650mA. 

We check pin 20 REGN it only got 5V.

My input is DC 5V and the battery is single cell Li-Polymer. 

Due to my schematics is confidential, would you advise where should i send my schematics to for review?

    PY,

    I saw you send schematic to me and after I checked customer's schematic, I have some suggestion in below.

    From ISET resistor divider setting, the CC should be 2.5A and termination current should be 250mA but customer's CC and termination current are not correct.

    So please ask customer double check

    1. R15 value and tolerance?

    2. To measure ISET pin voltage, in CC mode, the voltage should be 500mV @ 10mohm sense resistor

    3. I guess battery voltage should be 4.2V, so if yes, please change R36 to 0ohm

    4. Can you ask customer to measure SW node and inductor current for checking?
