Hi,

Due to there is no detail information about internal balancing FET in datasheet, could you please help to provide the detail spec for that? thank you.

    Hi Chentsu,
    See the "CELL BALANCING DRIVER" section of the electrical characteristics for the RDSFET specification.
    The voltage specs are in the abs max table, see the differential voltage of the input pins. The balance FETs are across the pin pairs for the cell, for a concept see www.ti.com/.../slua749 figure 21.
    The maximum current allowed in the FET is shown in the abs max table. For the bq76930 and bq76940 the current must be kept low.
