What's the voltage and current requirement of MT291T08EEHAF?

Both of the VREF and VTT are 0.6V. Does the chip two output have sequence output?

Hi Xiao,

TPS51200 should be able to power MT291T08EEHAF.
The power on and off sequence of VREF and VTT are avialble on datasheet figure 19 and 20.
