can i use same transformer for 5V,5A outputs , 5V,2A outputs,3.3V,5A outputs and 3.3V,2A outputs. if Yes please tell me the transformer part no. and its design.

I will suggest you use Webench to find out suitable transformer design.

On the right hand side of page, you can design you input and output conditions to optimize your transformer design.
