I am using 3 UCD9248 devices alongwith 6 PTD08D210W regulators to generate the power rails in the design as in Xilinx XC702 evalution board. The PMBUS addresses are same as that in the ZC702 evaluation board. Please confirm the hardware & firmware required to program the 3 devices to generate the required power rails. Is the configuration file readily available to download and use?

You will also need the USB-to-GPIO adapter to connect a Windows PC to the PMBus interface connecting the controllers, found here:
If your power design is identical to the Xilinx XC702 evaluation board, you should be able to use the configuration files (.xml) that were created by Xilinx, which would be found on their website. I haven't looked recently but the files were there previously.
If they are not there then the configuration files can be recreated from the hardware design.
