Could you please let me know if external additional MOSFET drive signal can be injected in parallel to the outputs of LM25037 when it is in shut down mode?

Hello Isaac,
When the LM25037 is in a shutdown mode the gate drive outputs are being actively pulled low.
If you intend to over ride this shutdown and activate an external PWM then you need to isolate OUTA and OUTB with external diodes.
This will prevent a high signal from external drive being pulled low by OUTA or OUTB.
