hi,

might the new LM74700-Q1 do the job (opportunely twicked)?

something like the LM5060 or TPS249x would be ok but their turn on gate current is too low (FET needs to switch fast in customer's app, less than 5usec).

do you know any workaround for this?

Hi Vincenzo,

LM74700 cannot be made to work like a high side switch, because its an ORing controller and not possible to tweek its gate drive close to LTC7003.

LM5060 controls a high side MOSFET, however its gate drive is weak and cannot be as fast as LTC7003.
