TPS92512HV: EMI testing failed

Part Number: TPS92512HV

Hi 

TPS92512HV now is failed on EMI testing,  CISPR25 CLASS 3 CE failed after 30MHz,

Could you help to check that if there any could improve EMI performance?

    Hello,

    1)  Try different common mode chokes on the output, make sure the self resonance is above the EMI testing frequencies.

    2)  Is there something in your system running at about 4 MHz?  A micro or oscillator?

    3)  Layout is important.  EMI issues can be difficult to troubleshoot it takes patience and time to try things.  The first thing I would try is placing a large snap on common mode filter on the output wires.  If it drops you know it's common mode.  Also try this on the input.  You have to make sure the snap on common mode will provide a lot of impedance at the frequencies in question.

    It really just takes a lot of testing different things, first just trying to figure out where the noise is coming from.
