The equation to calculate the soft start time and capacitance is:

Soft start time will be = 15000pf/2uA = 7.5ms

If Css=2700,so soft time=2.3mS,or 5ms
Whther Css is more than 10000PF is nesissary?

For Soft Start time=2.3ms; Css=2.3ms x 2us=4600pF

For Soft Start time = 5ms; Css=5msx2us = 10,000pF
