TPS63050: Layout Example Confusion

Hi,

The datasheet states that C2(PFM/PWM) and B2(ILIM0) pins,in the middle of IC package, must not be left floating. These two pins seem has no connection in layout example below. Would you please help me to clarify this example ?

Hello Anil,

Thanks for highlighting this. The pins should not be left floating.
The Layout snapshot is somehow not showing the complete bottom side. There are infact in-pad vias to bottom side as we have on our EVM. Please refer to the EVM useguide as well. www.ti.com/.../slvu806.pdf

We will update the datasheet figure.
