During the test, I found that TPS54620 always burned. Could you help me confirm which of the high and low side MOSFET is burnt out according to the location burned out in the picture?

I will investigate it, but probably cannot tell from the picture. Can you measure the resistance from PVIN to PH and from PH to GND?

PVIN has been burned out . So I cann't measure the resistance.Can you confirm that the position marked in the picture is high or low side MOSFET ?

Jace,

Most likely is the high side FET. The low side FET is partially in that area as well.
