I made some transcient meassures and everything worked well. I connected a SMU to Vin with a 20ohm resistor, I put a 10k resistor on Vstr with Vout_en connected to GND and EN connected to GND. With Vin=1V and Iin around 50mA the Vstr charged up to over 4 V as I expected. Then i took some efficiency meassures. Nothing strange happend but when I configured it as the first time to meassure it again i found that Vstore didnt charge and only followed de Vin value.
Is it possible that i had broken an internal componen while meassuring the efficiency?
