TPS61099: TPS610993 Efficiency when VIN> Vout

We have a question about efficiency when VIN> Vout of TPS 610993 from our customer.

■Question
What is the efficiency when Vin = 3 to 5 V, Iout = 300 μA or 25 mA?
(During down mode or pass-through operation)

The VOUT will be equal to VIN if VIN=5V because of the pass through mode. is this acceptable for your application

Dear Jasper Li,

Thank you for the quick reply.
We confirmed with the customer that output of Vin level at Vin> Vout + 0.5 V is unacceptable.
Since TPS61099x does not meet the required specifications, we would like to propose a different device.
