BQ27750: About BQ27750 0x0A BatteryStatus( ) Bit 7: INIT—Initialization purpose ??

We using BQ27750 with 1cell application .

We have very simple question for 0x0A Battery Status ,

This Status including Bit 7: INIT—Initialization .

[ Question ]

a) What purpose this Bit 7: INIT—Initialization of 0x0A Battery Status ??

b) This Bit 7: INIT—Initialization has 2 state .

0 = Inactive
1 = Active

When is this status used for?　

　For Instance

After Data Flash Programming and device initialization status ?

This mean, Srec or DFFS write and this INIT Status change to 0 to 1 .

The Device Initialize is Complete....... etc

Because of this our device Battery Status INIT Status is always " 1 ".

Is it correct ??

INIT bit is that initialization status of the gauge after a full reset (like a power on reset from power cycle). "1" means that the gauge has been initialized and is ready. "0" means the gauge is in the process of initializing.

Sorry... we have some relation issues about this Question.

We checking about other INT resister for BQ27750 .

These two INTs operate differently after reset .

Could you tell us this what purpose Operation Status INt Bit ??

And why different status reset ??

INIT is short for initialization. When the INIT flag is set in operation status, it means that the gauge is initializing. When it is set in battery status, it means initialization has been completed. This is where you want to be,ie. init in battery status
