TPS565208: FA for XILG-30-00017(2pcs Test Failure]

NPI Build Impacted.

1/ Failure  Quantity = 2/320 (0.6%).

2/ Need FA support Urgently for the 2pcs Test Failure at Flex.

3/ This is a first time build (NPI build) and had encountered failure on this component.

  1. Units failed at Functional Test due to voltage failure, no voltage output at VCCINT.

  2. Resistance measurement found VCCINT_FAULT signal was short to GND, measure 1.4ohm & 2.7ohm (for this 2 failing component). Good board measured 22Kohm

  3. Upon isolation found that U19 (MSP432P401RIPZR) causes the shorted.

  4. Measurement on component itself, found that pin 72 & 88 is shorted (1.4ohm & 2.7ohm). Good component measured 5Mohm.

Since failure occurred on NPI stage, requested to send this component for FA.
