BXL files and STP are of no use to me.

Please supply a dimensioned drawing.

For the latest mechanical information please refer to the datasheets as those sections get automatically appended. As you can see it is provided on the datasheet: www.ti.com/.../tps7a16.pdf

I will let someone on the packaging team know about this issue to get this resolved.
